Over 20 Years of competitive organized Baseball, 2-time Champion and 3-time MVP and Pitcher of the year, I’ve trained for and run Triathlons … Involved in fitness and training for a half decade. I have clients that age from 19 up to 83 years old all fitness levels. I love to hear how good my clients feel after a great workout. My goal is to make sure they train the proper way and get the results they want. My Training program usually involves a full body work with High intensity training and a little boxing to mix thing up. Of course, each client is different, and I adjust the workout to their abilities.
