I am a fitness coach and a Therapeutic Recreation student at Concordia University. I began my fitness journey at 18 years old and have spent several years helping others reach their health and fitness goals.
What sets my approach apart is the combination of fitness coaching and Therapeutic Recreation. I focus on safe, effective, and personalized training that adapts to your needs, abilities, and lifestyle. Whether your goal is weight loss, building strength, or regaining confidence in movement, I create programs that are realistic, supportive, and sustainable.
My background allows me to work confidently with individuals who have limited mobility or physical limitations, using movement to improve function, confidence, and quality of life.
