Like all young people, I have always been very physically active. I have been on countless sports teams. The ones I remember most fondly are my neighborhood swim and soccer team in Venezuela. However, none of these disciplines sparked a real interest in physical and mental strength training until I was introduced to the martial art of judo. A discipline in which I specialized for 4 years, I competed consecutively in the last two regional competitions in my city and obtained first and second place in these finals.
Today, I completely specialize in calisthenics and weightlifting for weight loss and muscle gain. All the while preparing myself physically to participate in the Canadian calisthenics competitions. This is why guiding you towards achieving your fitness and health goals, while remaining motivated, has become my main mission.
