I was overweight for most of my life until a little over 10 years ago when I decided to make a lifestyle change. During my weight loss journey I met some personal trainers along the way who really helped me achieve my weight loss goals, they made me fall in love with health and fitness which motivated me to keep going. Since then, I wanted to be a trainer so I could help others the way they helped me. I want to motivate and make others feel good about themselves while achieving their fitness goals.
