1/2 cup oats
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Spoon Dried raisins
3/4 cup Boilied water
6 dried pitted prunes
1/2 cup warmed milk (optional)

Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Add water and prunes. Microwave on high for 1½ minutes. Stir and add warmed milk, if desired.

Cook Time: 1 1/2 minutes
