I have been a certified fitness instructor for close to 10 years. I specialize in Individual Conditioning and like to tailor my programs to my client’s needs and goals. I have always been physically active going back to my youth. I have played soccer for over 30 years in various leagues in and around the Montreal area. I have also played rugby, basketball, and track and field in my youth.
I enjoy jogging, cycling, and weight training in my spare time. I have always had a passion for fitness, and I would like to share that passion with those who are willing to improve their health and fitness levels.
