I have been training clients for over 30 years and training trainers for the past 20 years. My work passion is people and helping them reach their health and fitness goals. My education is in Applied Human Sciences, I hold a BA in Recreation and Leisure and a certificate in Health and Fitness from Concordia University in Montreal Quebec. The training system that I have developed is simple and effective. It’s based on safety above all else, alignment and technique before loads and tailored to each person. My community initiatives include fitness consultant for the Royal Victoria Hospital MUHC WHHI, (women’s healthy heart initiative), Nazareth Community homeless shelter for men and women (fitness consultant and fitness program). I have been the fitness consultant for CJAD radio Montreal (fitness Friday and fitness Monday) a Fitness call-in show.

I am presently the president and founder of Total Home Training (THT)® a fitness company with over 25 certified trainers servicing Montreal and surrounding areas, Saint-Lambert sports and recreation center, Delta Hotel and Fairmont Queen Elizabeth. My specialty is to work with young athletes to improve their abilities and help them excel in their sport. I work with many different athletes from hokey, tennis, soccer, swimmers, skiers, baseball, diving and more. Like all our clients we start with a thorough evaluation and then develop programs based on the individual athlete and their objectives.
