Whether it is weight loss, putting on lean muscle mass or improving sports performance, I am interested in helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and maintaining this type of lifestyle. I firmly believe that fitness is not just about looking good but also about feeling good. I know from experience that having healthy habits creates a foundation for living a healthy and active life.
In addition to being certified as a personal trainer, I am also currently studying to be a nutrition coach. In my spare time I like to weight train, play hockey or learn a new skill. I love being outdoors and you can often me find me at a parc or on a hike.
